About the Project

Lucro is a powerful SAAS web application built to automate the way businesses collect, analyze, and report on lead data. By transforming complex Excel-based workflows into dynamic, real-time digital processes, Lucro enhances decision-making, saves time, and delivers engaging client experiences through automated PDF reports and an intuitive UI.



The Challenges

  • Manual Forecasting with Excel: The business relied heavily on Excel spreadsheets to run data models and forecasting logic, which was not only time-consuming but error-prone and hard to scale.

  • Lead Drop-Off Risk: Users were coming from a sales funnel; a clunky interface or slow experience would result in low survey completion rates.

  • Report Generation Burden: Creating visual reports required manual formatting and export, limiting efficiency and professionalism.

Our Approach

We worked closely with the client to design a digital-first system that brings together intuitive form interactions, backend automation, and professional-grade reporting—all without the need for manual processing.

  • Code-Based Logic Translation: All critical Excel formulas were reverse-engineered and restructured into efficient JavaScript logic on the server side.

  • Clean UI/UX Design: We built a user flow optimized for clarity and speed, with minimal friction to boost lead engagement and survey completion rates.

  • Instant PDF Reports: Designed an automated pipeline to format survey responses into clear, visual PDF reports immediately upon completion.

Web Development

  • Form Engine: Created a modular survey builder to define input types, branching logic, and response scoring dynamically.

  • Excel-to-Code Conversion: Replaced static Excel models with optimized backend logic for real-time forecasting and scoring.

  • PDF Automation: Used a server-side rendering engine to generate branded reports that reflect the user's input and business insights, downloadable instantly.

  • Admin Dashboard: Built a dashboard to track survey completions, download PDFs, view aggregated data, and manage logic updates without code.

Mobile Development

  • Responsive Web Application: While Lucro doesn't include a native mobile app, the interface was fully optimized for mobile users:

    • Smooth navigation across form steps

    • Mobile-friendly report previews and sharing

    • One-tap PDF download and email delivery for completed reports

  • Fast Load Times: Ensured lightweight frontend performance to keep bounce rates low even on slower mobile connections.
