About the Project

Coachfully is an all-in-one SAAS platform built to streamline virtual consultations for coaches, consultants, and clients. With timezone-independent scheduling, integrated Stripe payments, and built-in Whereby video conferencing, it enables a frictionless end-to-end experience—from booking to meeting—anywhere in the world



The Challenges

  • Timezone Complexity: Clients and consultants often faced scheduling confusion due to varying global timezones.
  • Payment Integration: Secure and smooth financial transactions were essential to maintain trust and reduce friction.
  • Video Consultation Workflow: Users needed to switch between platforms for meetings, creating disruptions in the flow.

We designed Coachfully with a global-first mindset, ensuring simplicity, automation, and integration at every step:

  • Localization Engine: Built a time-conversion engine that synchronizes bookings across different timezones without requiring manual input.

  • Full Integration Stack: Implemented native integrations with Stripe for payments and Whereby for real-time video sessions.
